Thank you for shopping with Mz Chalky Treatz! We appreciate your support and are committed to carefully preparing every order before it ships.

Processing Time

All orders are handmade and packed with care. Please allow 7–14 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

  • During new product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we will notify customers as soon as possible.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Mz Chalky Treatz is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Mz Chalky Treatz is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier.

  • Weather-related delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, feel free to contact us.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will review your claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select locations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
