Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mz Chalky Treatz! We strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your order arrived damaged due to shipping.

  • Your order was not delivered because of an error on our part.

To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label (if applicable).

Damaged Items

While we carefully package every order, damage can occasionally occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, we will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Orders delayed by the shipping carrier.

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

  • Normal variations in handmade products, including slight differences in appearance, texture, size, or color.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided processing has not begun.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mz Chalky Treatz is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to working with our customers to resolve concerns whenever possible.
